DreamGreen Duo Plus Mattress Protector Waterproof

Two jobs, two layers, one protector.

Most mattress protectors do one thing well. DuoPlus does two, and it does them in separate layers so neither compromises the other.

On top is a soft quilted 100% premium white microfibre with a snug elastic stretch fitted skirt. That layer is about comfort and absorbency: it feels like part of the bed rather than something laid over it, and it takes up everyday moisture before it becomes a problem.

Underneath is the part that matters when something actually goes wrong. A breathable polyurethane layer stops any moisture reaching the mattress beneath, and it is silent and rustle-proof. That is the detail worth paying attention to, because the reason people stop using waterproof protectors is the crackling noise every time they move.

Behind both layers is 130gsm of premium DreamGreen fibre, which is what gives the quilted top its loft, and the whole thing is hypo-allergenic.

It's the little details that make the difference. A size tag is sewn onto the outside corner edge, so the right one can be picked out of the linen cupboard without unfolding three of them first.

The DreamGreen fill is made from recycled plastic bottles rescued from oceans and landfill and processed into an ultra-fine microfibre. DreamGreen products are certified to the Global Recycled Standard.
