Most guest slippers are a small environmental problem: synthetic upper, foam sole, worn twice, thrown away. These are the alternative, and the whole design follows from that decision.

The upper is 100% natural linen, and the innersole is a soft, natural compressed wood fibre base, cushioned underfoot. No plastics, no synthetic foam, no rubber sole. That is what allows them to be 100% compostable at the end of their life rather than becoming another thing in a bin.

Linen is a sensible choice for a slipper as well as a sustainable one. It is naturally breathable and it handles moisture well, which matters on a foot that has just come out of a shower.

Unisex, one size fits most.

This is the closed toe version, which covers the whole foot and keeps it warmer.
