DreamGreen Split and Zip Duo Plus Mattress Protector - Corner Strap

One protector for a bed that is sometimes two beds.

Split beds are only convenient if the bedding keeps up with them. This is the DuoPlus protector built for exactly that: zipped together it protects a King or Super King as one surface, and unzipped it becomes two long singles, each fully protected on its own.

The part that makes it work when split is the internal elastic corner straps. Each half holds itself onto its own mattress, so nothing has to be improvised on the day the beds come apart.

The protection itself is the full DuoPlus specification. A soft quilted top in 100% premium white microfibre handles comfort and absorbency, and underneath sits a silent, rustle-proof PU layer that stops moisture reaching the mattress or topper below. 130gsm of premium DreamGreen fibre gives the quilted face its loft.

Two details are worth calling out because they are where split bedding usually fails. The zip is a heavy duty YKK, reinforced on each side with strong thread, and the corner straps are backstitched for added tear resistance. Those are the two things that get pulled hardest every time the beds are separated.

A size tag is sewn onto the outside corner edge for quick identification. Hypo-allergenic, made using 11 to 12 recycled plastic bottles, and certified to the Global Recycled Standard.
