DreamTicket Anti Bed Bug Fully Sealed Mattress Encasement

Seal the mattress, and you have removed the hiding place.

Bed bugs live in mattresses. A fully sealed encasement takes that option away, and it is the cheapest insurance available against having to write off a mattress entirely.

The design is what makes it effective. The seamless protector fully encases the mattress, top, bottom and all four sides, and closes with a zip around two sides with a velcro seal over the zip. Sealing the zip itself is the detail that matters, because an unsealed zip line is exactly the gap an encasement is supposed to remove.

It is bright white on purpose. Against white, any trace of an infestation is immediately visible, so a problem gets found early rather than after it has spread.

There is a second benefit that has nothing to do with bugs. The outer is a white polyester stretch knitted fabric with a rustle-free waterproof layer, so it also protects against spills and accidents, and it visually freshens an older mattress that is structurally fine but carries the odd stain.

This is a first-layer product. It goes directly onto the mattress, with protectors, toppers and sheets over the top.

Low profile sizes are available in Single and King Single for shallower mattresses.

Why you'll love it

• Fully sealed encasement: the whole mattress, not just the top surface
• Zip around two sides with a velcro seal over it: closes the gap most encasements leave
• Bright white: makes any trace easy to spot early
• Rustle-free waterproof layer: spill protection as well as bug protection
• White polyester stretch knitted outer: fits closely without bunching
• Low profile options: Single and King Single, for shallower mattresses
• Freshens an older mattress: covers the stains on one that is otherwise still good
