Weavers 220TC Premium Pillow Slip Taupe

The neutral that warms a room up.

Taupe is the quiet one in the Weavers range. It softens a plain room the way white cannot and charcoal will not, and it works with almost any timber, carpet or wall colour it is put next to.

The colour is set with a heat-treated colourfast dye process, so it holds its tone through many washes rather than drifting pale and patchy the way an untreated dye does.

The fabric is the Weavers 50/50 percale, 50% polyester and 50% cotton. Cotton gives it the breathability and soft handle you notice against your face overnight. Polyester gives it strength and easy-care behaviour, so it launders quickly and comes out close to ready.

At 155gsm and 220 thread count per 10cm², the percale weave is tight and flat, with a cool, crisp finish rather than a slippery one.

It is part of the full Weavers family, so the taupe fitted sheets, flat sheets and duvet covers all match it exactly.

Care Instructions

Hot wash up to 70°C before first use. This clenches the weave, increases its tensile strength and removes any loom residue or oil.
